Seven Chilean winemakers were recognized by the prestigious British magazine The Drinks Business in its annual Master Winemaker Top 100 report, highlighting the top and high-end wines lead at Viña Santa Rita for his outstanding work.

This renowned international ranking brings together an exclusive selection of the most established and influential winemakers from the Global Wine Masters Series, one of the most rigorous and respected competitions in the wine industry. It honors professionals who have consistently demonstrated excellence, innovation and leadership, fostering the pioneering spirit that continues to shape the future of global winemaking.

In this year’s edition, Viña Santa Rita’s premium wines winemaker, Sebastián Labbé, was recognized for his work, placing him among the most influential professionals in the world.

The distinction is based on the results achieved by wines in the magazine’s international competitions throughout the year. In these events, more than 3,000 wines are evaluated through blind tastings by an expert jury. Only those winemakers who earn Master medals—demonstrating excellence and consistency in the quality of their wines—are ultimately selected among the world’s top 100.

Sebastián Labbé has been recognized on several occasions by The Drinks Business, consolidating his career and strengthening Viña Santa Rita’s international positioning. “This recognition is a great honor and a source of pride for our entire team.
